For the past six years, Amanda has worked as a personal chef and food stylist. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fairfield University. Amanda then attended the French Culinary Institute, which encouraged and motivated her pursuit of her lifelong passion. Her extensive and hands-on education led her to work professionally as a food stylist for a variety of cookbooks, magazines, television shows, as well as web tutorials. In 2011, after having the opportunity to be included in such a diverse amount of experience, Amanda started her own business as a personal chef. She currently resides in Fairfield, CT with her husband.
